What are the unit sizes of your apartments?

Our apartment units come in three (3) sizes: Small (5 sqm), Regular (12-14 sqm), and Big (18-20 sqm).

How much are your monthly rental rates?

Our apartment rental rates vary per unit size and location. Our monthly rental ranges from 4,000+ to 8,000+ for SMALL units; 10,000+ to 12,000+ for REGULAR units; and 15,000+ onwards for BIG units.

Do you accommodate foreigners or expats?

Yes. We accept foreigners or expats. Please provide necessary documents (for Students, certificate from funder of accommodation and certificate of records from a local school; if Working, provide valid passport, valid alien certificate of registration, employment contract, income tax paid to the Philippine government).

What is the minimum contract and payment terms?

Our minimum contract is six (6) months. However, we allow fewer months at a higher rate on a case to case basis. Our payment terms are: 1 month deposit, 1 month advance plus 1 time payment of keycard deposit at 250 for each keycard.
